This blenny can vary from a dark brown color to a yellow color. They are great for aquariums with filamentous algae problems. Blennies are predominantly bottom-dwelling fish that require plenty of rockwork to hide in. They will do fine on a diet of frozen foods and flake or pellets. They aren’t particularly aggressive and make a great community and reef fish.
