Fishing Item ID: #1067

Cephalopholis polleni “Harlequin Grouper

Product Information:

Harlequin Groupers are somewhat rare and prized for their beauty. They are golden green in color accented with neon violet lines. These large fish are predators, feeding mostly on crustaceans and smaller fish. In captivity, they will usually eat a variety of frozen, meaty foods. Groupers are best housed with fish of about the same size or larger than they are. They are aggressive with other groupers. They won’t bother coral, though they do like to dig in substrate. They grow quite large so be sure your aquarium provides adequate hiding and swimming areas for its adult size.
